Nice app, too many dubious HMs and needs a few things

I love HMs. I love being able to look for them using this app. The basics are really good. But there are a few points that make me wonder why I paid money for the app.
First of all, personally I consider a HM only a "real" HM if it is reasonable that it is placed there as an HM and not a haphazard combination of three circles. Too many of the "HMs" in the app are dubious at best.
It would be nice if users could rate HMs in the app and even add new ones. If a HM receives a certain number of reviews and the rating is too low, the HM could be removed from the next update. That way only HMs that people agree upon will survive.
It would be nice to have a "Near Me" option to show the locations of possible HMs near the user.
The navigation could use bigger buttons. On an iPhone screen some navigation elements are hard to touch.
The auto-scaling of text (in the lists) is nice, but sometimes the characters become so small its really hard to read. Better to max the reduction of the character size and cut the line off (…..).
